A four-step rhythm, from first call to final test

No surprise charges, no second visits for things we should have caught the first time. Here is what working with AquaShield looks like.

  1. Listen & assess

    You describe the issue by phone or form. We send a few short questions, and book the visit window the same business day.

  2. On-site diagnosis

    The technician arrives in a marked van, walks the site with you, and explains what the issue is — and what it is not — before any tools come out.

  3. Written quote

    You receive a printed or WhatsApp quote with parts and labour itemised. Work starts only after you sign off on the figure.

  4. Test & handover

    Every job ends with a pressure or flow test that you witness. We clean the work area, walk you through the controls, and leave a 90-day workmanship card.

AquaShield Solutions was founded in 2014 by two brothers tired of cowboy callouts in Petaling Jaya. A decade later, our team of fourteen technicians serves homeowners, condo strata committees, and small F&B operators across the Klang Valley.

What homeowners ask us before they call

What kinds of plumbing work do you actually handle?

Residential plumbing of every scope — from a dripping bib tap to a full bathroom strip-out — plus small commercial work in cafés, dental clinics, and co-working units. If it carries water, gas, or waste through a building, our crew can size, install, or repair it.

Are your technicians licensed in Malaysia?

Yes. Every senior technician on our roster holds a valid plumbing licence issued by SPAN or the relevant local council, and we carry public liability cover for every callout. We will show you the documents on site if you would like to see them.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?

For Kuala Lumpur and inner Selangor, we aim to be on site within 60 minutes of the call between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., and within 90 minutes overnight. The dispatch team will tell you the realistic ETA when you ring our hotline.

Do you provide a written quote before starting work?

Always. After diagnosing the issue, we hand over an itemised quote — by paper or WhatsApp — listing parts (with brand names), labour, and any disposal fees. Work begins only after you sign off, and the figure does not move unless the scope changes in writing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (FPX, DuitNow, IBG), credit and debit card via our portable terminal, and cash for jobs under RM 1,500. For larger renovations we typically structure a 30 / 40 / 30 deposit, midpoint, and handover schedule.

Do you guarantee your workmanship?

Each repair carries a 90-day workmanship warranty on the labour we performed; replacement parts retain their manufacturer warranty in full. For full renovations the workmanship cover extends to 12 months.

Can I supply my own fixtures or fittings?

Of course. Many clients buy taps and showerheads they like the look of, and we install them. We will inspect what you bring on site, flag anything that is not compatible with Malaysian water standards, and proceed once you confirm.
