Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and look after the personal information you share with AquaShield Solutions.

Last updated: 1 April 2026

This privacy policy explains how AquaShield Solutions Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 202501045327) — the operator of ultivex.pro — collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information. We are bound by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA), and we treat the trust you place in us as part of the workmanship we owe you.

1. Who we are

AquaShield Solutions Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-registered plumbing and home repair company headquartered at Unit 12-B, Wisma Aman, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, 50470 Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. You can reach our data desk by emailing [email protected].

2. What we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver the service you have requested. That falls into three groups:

  • Contact details — full name, email, mobile number, address or area name.
  • Job details — descriptions of the issue, property type, photos or videos if you choose to share them.
  • Site information — IP address, browser type, the pages you visited on this website, and the time spent on each page. We collect this in aggregated form for analytics.

3. How we collect it

  • Forms on this website (contact, request a quote).
  • Voice or message conversations with our dispatch desk.
  • On-site notes and photos during the assessment or job itself.
  • Browser cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

4. Why we collect it

We use your information for the following purposes only:

  • To reply to your enquiry and book a visit.
  • To quote, invoice, and warranty the work performed.
  • To dispatch and route the technician to your address.
  • To send service-relevant updates about your job (by WhatsApp, SMS, or email).
  • To improve our website, services, and dispatch operations.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations under Malaysian law.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use your data to deliver advertising on third-party platforms.

5. Who we share it with

Information is shared on a need-to-know basis only:

  • Technicians on the relevant job, to deliver the service.
  • Payment processors when you settle an invoice (FPX gateway, card terminal).
  • Our hosting provider, which stores backups of website submissions in encrypted form.
  • Government agencies and law enforcement, where we are legally compelled.

6. How long we keep it

Active client records are kept while we are working together. After the job closes, we keep job records for seven years to comply with Malaysian tax requirements. Marketing-related contact data (where you have opted in) is reviewed annually and removed when no longer relevant.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

  • Confirm what data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 14 working days.

8. Security

Form submissions are transported over TLS, and our website runs on a server hardened against common web attacks. Internal records are stored in access-controlled software, with two-factor authentication on every administrative account. No system is ever 100 % secure — but our exposure to your data is small, and our discipline around it is not.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change implies acceptance.

10. Questions

If anything here is unclear, please write to [email protected]. The reply will come from a person, not an automated mailbox.
