Yes. Every senior technician on our roster holds a valid plumbing licence issued by SPAN or the relevant local council, and we carry public liability cover for every callout. We will show you the documents on site if you would like to see them.
For Kuala Lumpur and inner Selangor, we aim to be on site within 60 minutes of the call between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., and within 90 minutes overnight. The dispatch team will tell you the realistic ETA when you ring our hotline.
Always. After diagnosing the issue, we hand over an itemised quote — by paper or WhatsApp — listing parts (with brand names), labour, and any disposal fees. Work begins only after you sign off, and the figure does not move unless the scope changes in writing.
Bank transfer (FPX, DuitNow, IBG), credit and debit card via our portable terminal, and cash for jobs under RM 1,500. For larger renovations we typically structure a 30 / 40 / 30 deposit, midpoint, and handover schedule.
Each repair carries a 90-day workmanship warranty on the labour we performed; replacement parts retain their manufacturer warranty in full. For full renovations the workmanship cover extends to 12 months.
Of course. Many clients buy taps and showerheads they like the look of, and we install them. We will inspect what you bring on site, flag anything that is not compatible with Malaysian water standards, and proceed once you confirm.
