The terms under which we provide our services and operate this website.
These terms govern your use of ultivex.pro (the "website") and any plumbing or home repair services provided by AquaShield Solutions Sdn Bhd ("AquaShield", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the website or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About AquaShield
AquaShield Solutions Sdn Bhd is registered in Malaysia (Reg. No. 202501045327) with our workshop at Unit 12-B, Wisma Aman, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, 50470 Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. We are licensed to perform plumbing work within the Klang Valley.
2. Booking a job
A booking is created when you submit a request through the website, ring our hotline, or message us by WhatsApp. We will reply with a proposed visit window. A booking is confirmed only after we have agreed a date and time, and after you have read the relevant pricing notes for that service.
3. Quotes and pricing
Indicative price ranges shown on the website are guidance only. The binding figure is the written quote we provide after assessing your site. The quote remains valid for 30 calendar days. Once you accept it in writing — by signing the printed copy or replying "agreed" to the WhatsApp message — the figure is fixed for the scope described.
If the scope changes during the job (additional rooms, hidden conditions revealed during hacking, fixture upgrade), we issue a written variation order. Work on the change begins only after you sign it.
4. Payment terms
- Repair work: payable on completion via FPX, DuitNow, card, or cash (under RM 1,500).
- Renovations: 30 % deposit to confirm the booking, 40 % at midpoint (typically after waterproofing pond test), 30 % on handover.
- Late payment beyond 14 days carries a 1.5 % per month finance charge, applied to the outstanding balance.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
You can reschedule a non-emergency booking up to 24 hours before the visit at no charge. Within 24 hours, a RM 100 admin fee applies to cover the dispatch slot we hold open. Renovation deposits are non-refundable once we have ordered the materials specific to your job, typically 5 working days before the start date.
6. Access and safety
You must provide reasonable access to the property, working electricity, and water at the meter. Our crew is required to stop work and leave the site if unsafe conditions are present — for example, structural collapse risk, exposed live wiring, or abusive behaviour toward any technician.
7. Workmanship warranty
- Repairs: 90 days on the labour we performed.
- Renovations: 12 months on the labour we performed.
- Replacement parts: as per the manufacturer’s warranty, in full.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party modifications, force majeure events, or maintenance items (filter replacement, silicone reapplication after 5+ years).
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, AquaShield’s total liability arising from any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We carry public liability insurance for site incidents in line with industry norms.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost rental income, hotel costs while a unit is being renovated, etc.) unless they were specifically agreed in writing before the job commenced.
9. Use of the website
The content on this website — text, images, design — belongs to AquaShield Solutions or our licensors. You may share links, quote brief sections in reviews or news coverage, and use the contact information to engage us. Wholesale copying for commercial use is not permitted.
You agree not to attempt to compromise the security of the site, send automated traffic, or use the contact forms for unsolicited offers.
10. Disputes
If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it first. Email [email protected] with the details and our operations lead will respond within five working days. If the issue cannot be resolved between us, it will be referred to the courts of Malaysia, with Malaysian law as the governing jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date at the top. The terms in force at the date of your booking are the terms that apply to that job.
