Home/Services/Toilet Repair & Replacement

Toilet repair and replacement, finished without breaking your tiles

A toilet that runs at night, flushes weakly, or cracks at the base does not need to mean a renovation. Most fixes take a single visit — and when a full swap is the right move, we do it without disturbing the floor tiles around the pan.

Wall-hung toilet installation in a guest washroom

The most common toilet problem in Malaysian homes — a quiet, persistent run — has nothing to do with the porcelain. It is almost always a worn flapper, a stuck float, or a fill valve that has lost its calibration. A 45-minute visit usually closes the case.

Repairs we handle in a single visit

  • Flapper, fill valve, and float assembly replacement
  • Weak flush diagnosis and rim-jet cleaning
  • Cistern lid and seat replacement (any brand)
  • Wax ring and toilet flange leak repair
  • Cracked cistern repair (where porcelain remains structurally sound)
  • Bidet seat retrofits, including electrical and water tap-in

When replacement is the cleaner option

If the pan itself is cracked through the porcelain, if the bowl wobbles because the floor flange has corroded, or if the cistern internals have outlived three flapper rebuilds, replacement makes more sense than another patch. We will say so plainly during the diagnosis.

Replacement options we install

  • Floor-mount close-coupled — the standard Malaysian household toilet
  • Floor-mount one-piece — smoother lines, easier to clean
  • Wall-hung with concealed tank — frees up floor area in tight powder rooms
  • Smart toilet with bidet and warm seat — including electrical and waste plumbing
  • Disabled-access raised pan — sized to Malaysian Standards code

“The wall-hung swap involved one new tap on the supply line and a cleaner re-tile of just two squares behind the new tank. They finished by lunch.” — Sathish Ramamoorthy, Subang Jaya

Hauling away the old unit

An old toilet is heavier and more awkward than most homeowners expect. Every replacement we install includes haulage of the old unit to a recycling depot. You will not be left with a porcelain pan beside your bin for the council to collect.
